This pull request adds the Handbrake application to the BigBearCasaOS ecosystem.… The changes include: - Added a new `config.json` file with the application metadata - Created a `docker-compose.yml` file to define the Handbrake service - Configured the service with the necessary environment variables, ports, and volumes - Included CasaOS-specific configuration for the service, such as environment variable descriptions, port mappings, and volume descriptions - Added global CasaOS configuration, including supported architectures, main service, description, tagline, developer, author, icon, thumbnail, title, category, port mapping, and scheme - Included installation instructions and documentation in the `tips` section This addition will allow users to easily install and use the Handbrake application within the BigBearCasaOS platform.
