**Microbin: Self-Hosted Encrypted Pastebin for CasaOS**
This PR adds Microbin… , a self-hosted, encrypted pastebin application for CasaOS. Microbin allows users to securely share text and files with a variety of privacy, expiry, and encryption options. The service is highly configurable, supporting features like private and read-only pastas, syntax highlighting, burn-after-reading, and more—all manageable through environment variables.
