Cannot install Immich after removing old one

Hi recently my Immich stopped working and I uninstalled it but now when I try to reinstall the installation keeps failing stating container is unhealthy. What should I do? Tired multiple time, rebooted nothing works. At times it also stuck at 0%.

Resolved: The issue was with the Volume Host mapping. I am new to Docker and CasaOS learning as I go. Thank you

Hi @Subrata_Dey
I am sorry for this situation. Please explore Your logs, for more details.
I recommended You to install Dozzle from App Store and You will see all containers and their logs and status: healthy/unhealthy. Without more details, we cannot help You more.
Thx.

Hey @Subrata_Dey , it happened to me too. My solution was to uninstall (keeping user config) and reinstall but using the version 1.132.3on the immich server container, postgres is no problem. What happend is that a database migration took place and we probably missed the important update in-between.
When you install v1.132.3, you can uninstall once again (keeping config of course) and then install the newest from the store. Keep in mind that before uninstalling you should launch at least once your application so that everything is ok.
However, the bigbear doesn’t have the stable (v2.1) release yet, so we wait…

Hello @MaximosPr,

2.1.0 has been updated since 2 days ago

Please let me know if I’m missing something? PS: Sometimes you have to reboot your CasaOS to get the new updates for some reason.

Yeah it was the reboot for me @dragonfire1119 . However, @Subrata_Dey ‘s problem is solved by the gradual update process I think.
