I cant start my pterodactyl server

so I got pterodactyl working, the node is created and online (green heart)
http://meekcraft.duckdns.org:10180/api/public/dl/EkOZUA5_?inline=true

Then I created a minecraft paper server and when I try to start it it says this:
http://meekcraft.duckdns.org:10180/api/public/dl/NsCrkSc1?inline=true

same for other game servers I tried.

I also addded /DATA/AppData/big-bear-pterodactyl-wings/lib/volumes → /var/lib/pterodactyl/volumes in the volumes tab from the wings settings but that doesnt work either.

anyone knows how to fix this?

Have you checked the logs to get more information?

alr, so creating ndoe works, node is online but when I create a server I get this error:

Hey, just got back using casaos on a new device, fresh install and I get the same issue.
idk how other people don’t have this but can youhelp me again? I use the docker that came preinstalled with ubuntu 24.04 lts so its not installed through snap.

Can you try to SSH into the server and run:

sudo mkdir -p /var/lib/pterodactyl/volumes/[replace with the id]
