Ok glad we’re on the same page now Where you able to find the account email you’re in and see all the team members?
The email account that I see everyone on is the one i told you of before but you said you only see one team person that being myself. The website though is still only showing me a few of my visits, not all. Ive attached a screen shots. I have far more visits than that that should be showing up on the map. The screen should literally be cluttered with icons.
Can you go to the more tab all the way down in the bottom and click My Account > Edit Profile > Email.
OK, i’m there. I’m doing this on my cell app. What’s next? To be clear. I see that the email I have there is [REMOVED]. When I look at the team members section. My email is different: [REMOVED].
I believe that was the email I had before when I had my own separate account years ago with this company. I tried a PASSWORD FORGET log-in back in with that email address and I get no email from Big bear to reset it.
Ok I see what happened Your account was on the old DoorKnockerPal Account system with a different email when the transfer happened with BigBearAccounts taking over, so one account for all the apps; it now has two emails. Also, you couldn’t reset your password because the Gmail one isn’t a BigBearAccount.
OK. So what is the solution?
What happens when you zoom into the map more? Does more show up?
On the cell. It just crashes. On the web, no more options come up.
Working on a fix for the map only showing a small amount of doors, can you uninstall and install the app again on your Android?
Also, you might try restarting your Android.
