There is no account anymore because I deleted it in July however we are still getting charged for Doorknockerpal the account was under [email protected] & [email protected]. I have attached images to show the cancelation email in July Plus
I have the transactions that have been charged but it keeps saying error when i try to upload it
is there an email i can send them.

As a courtesy, I refunded the two charges that were documented with screenshots. No additional refunds will be issued as:
- You deleted your account without properly canceling the subscription
- Multiple attempts at identity verification were unsuccessful
- There were concerning discrepancies in your representations about your identity
- The requested PayPal refund method falls outside our normal payment processes
- Due to your account deletion, all usage data was permanently erased in compliance with GDPR, making it impossible to verify any service usage claims
I have maintained complete records of our interactions, including your threats regarding the Better Business Bureau while I was actively trying to assist you.
This matter is now closed.
