Port 53 error when deploying a stack

hi bear please help me when i am trying to deploy a stack i am getting this error

exploit-host-dns Error 0.0s Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": dial tcp: lookup registry-1.docker.io on [::1]:53: read udp [::1]:40498->[::1]:53: read: connection refused

Ensure that your machine has a stable internet connection. Sometimes, intermittent network issues can cause this error.

Also can you run

nslookup bigbeartechworld.com

then run

nslookup registry-1.docker.io
