I see we have VoceChat and RocketChat. I’m not a big fan of either of those for various reasons.
Revolt seems like a proper self-hosted fully-featured Discord alternative.

I would recommend starting another post for suggestions. I use each post as a like-to-do to remember everything.
With discord requiring IDs soon, i see a lot of people moving to self hosted alternatives in the very near future. is it possible to have stout chat (formerly revolt) re-evaluated for inclusion into the default store? there are a lot of dependencies and it would be nice to get the deployment as simple as possible. it looks like the play on re-integrating voice chat in the self hosted branch later this week.
