Uploads stuck on Immich, both on web and app

I am facing this issue with Immich, where i am unable to upload anything on my server. I updated the server to the latest version, still the issue persists. Please help

Have you reviewed the Console in your Browser’s Developer Tools for any errors? Additionally, check the Network Requests for further insights.
